So much training with such little intake of food is quite draining, up at 2:30 am to do a 2.5 k run then work till 1 pm then to gym for heavy weight training for 1 to 2 hours then high intensity interval train for half hour then another 2.5 k run then take son to boxing then home to do fiancées meal prep for next day as she does 4.5 hours of training per day also, then shower the kids feed them and into bed by 9:30 to rest up for the repeat the next day, meals is a tin of tuna every 3 hours for one week then 100g chicken breast every 3 hours next week and repeat, drained as hell but keeping all strength, kept most size, no lack in training just feeling drained, maybe I can make time for a cheat meal day haha, wedding prep on way and photo shoot body on way... yolo
