A light little WOD to start off the morning: 5 Rounds: 5 Front Squat, 10 Back Extension, 15 GHD, 20 Walking Lunges. Followed by a 15 minute 3500m row, and 5 minutes (fast pace but not max effort) on the Aasult bike. And ended with 2 1 minute GHD holds (on each side) and 5 Rounds: 15 sit ups, 15 Russian Twists, 10 Leg Raises. Abs are definitely ?????
