Love the process of changing you and your body. Find whatever it is that creates you to be excited for this process, for our bodies have to be obedient to what we tell it. So if you constantly say how badly you hate to workout or how fat you are and whatever you are doing isn't working...your body has to respond back with YOU'RE RIGHT. Find cardio and an exercise program that's gets that fire lite and I promise you will have results start to happen..a shift. Keep beasting out there and I dare you to take on this challenge!!!
