I had a pretty good week of workouts! I also finished Jim Stoppani's brutal 6 week workout program! I can tell that my obliques are more defined. I'm not exactly shredded yet but that's due to my inconsistent diet. I'm focusing on abs and eating clean this week. Hopefully I will have a solid six pack soon!
