Very stressed lately so decided to put that $hit on my baby traps and squat the F out of it. I did whatever I wanted however I wanted today. Worked. Back at 185# squatties. Back squats 5x10 light then 5x6 heavy. Hack squats 3 x10 light 3x5 heavy 285# good mornings 5x8 115# straight leg dead 5x8 155# (back hurt no heavy) single leg extensions light 3x15 plie squats deep 3x15 glute kickbacks with lunges 3x15 calf presses 4x10 180 . Then 20 min Hiit on stairmaster. When life tries to take a dump on you put that $hit on a barbell and lift! Kill it peeps!
