I do them twice a week but never get around to taking and posting a pic anymore... Warm up - 15 squats - butt to floor - with 65 lbs Followed by - 10 squats with 135 lbs 10 squats with 115 lbs w/ 10 lunge pulses each side 10 squats with 95 lbs w/ 10 lunge pulses each side Hip raise 35 lbs - 30x Lunges 30 lbs - 20x _______ 3 sets Glute bridges - 30 lbs - 20x 1 legged leg presses 25 lbs _______ 3 sets Deadlifts 100 lbs 10x _______ 2 sets Also did some assisted pull ups!
