Chest and arms: dumbell flyes, dumbbell pullovers, flat, incline and decline bench, barbell curls, overhead triceps, hammer curls, tricep kickbacks, close grip bench, incline curls. Some pyramids, intra set stretch with more reps and my fav drop sets. Armzzzz on fire. Happy flex Friday peeps!
