Waking up to these babies got me like....I've been really struggling for the past few months with health issues and weight gain that has been challenging. What was frustrating? I was eating clean and staying on task plus working out 5-6 times a week. No cheating except a meal here and there and nothing extreme at even that. Finally changed my whole diet from what I thought was helping me to truly putting foods into my body that have helped my metabolism and nutritional stand point. It takes patience and dedication to achieve the things that matter the most. When it's all said and done, the reward comes when I look back and even thought I felt I was going backwards, I was still taking microscopic steps forward. And sometimes that's all we will get. But forward is forward my beasts. Keep killing it out there and don't give up just because the results don't come on your timeline. This lesson has been the most challenging one since I have been competing the last 6 years. But it has made me honor and respect my strength. I am #ladybeast!
