This is a day-in-and-day-out process. There are no days off. Rest days, yes. But this is a lifestyle and it takes daily mindset, time, and intention. Repeat, even on the weight stalls, climbs, and plateaus. Hydration, nutrition quality and quantity, sleep and training...it all factors in. Chase the process. I've been on this journey for awhile....Year 7 starts next week for me!
