hey bro ! how are ya ? I am doing good . I am getting back into the4 gym starting today after a long-ish break for health reasons. I am getting back into it hardcore 3-5 days of weights cardio 5 days a week switching between running and swimming. I lost a little ground from recuperating but not to bad . I am still gunning for 8-10% bf andf ripped-ness!

hey man can I ask you a question? could you name for me th etop 5 magazines in your opinion for exercise/fitness/bodybuilding. if you were going to subscribe to 5 magazines which would they be ? those that inspire you and give you solid advice and solid inspiartion etc ? Looking to invest in some mags and wantot get the best. Thanks

thanks man I really like the new tat... I am good . I got back into the gym yesterday after a month off. ran for 30 minutes and lifted for 45 . I am sore but happy ... back at it today again ... lifting really helps me stay sane these days. congrats on the strength gains !

Hey thanks! My gains stalled for about a month at 160lbs and 3800calories/day. I upped them to 4500/day....hopefully I continue gaining for a bit because this is about the max I want to have to continue eating at. Cheers! Josh

Hey Matt, it looks like you are making some really great progress man. I wish sometimes I was lean and had a hard time trying to put on weight instead of gaining fat so easily. You are definitey making a big difference and added mass looks great and so does the definition. Keep training hard man and eat. I have to really count the calories as I go and eat super clean to try and lose. So enjoy it.
