ahhhhhhhh. another week with no progress!! hehe, ok ok. i'm lying. :)
i've had no progress on the weight loss... but i have had great workouts and good strength gains for someone with a busted elbow.
last saturday i had an awesome leg workout that kept me hurting for days. squats,...

Kinda combo asian/am indian blend. Mostly Japanese stylin w/medicine wheel center and one o my spirit animals on the shoulder. I got most of this work done close to ten years ago by Kat von D (when she was wee).
