Love the back shot, very cool. I'm glad to see someone of the same height and muscle denisty as mine. Since I've started hitting the eliptical I've gained 8 pounds. Granted my bodyfat is up a little from a cheating summer on my eating, but still, I was shocked. Anyways, looking strong!

Thanks for stopping by. Sorry to hear about your injury. By all means take it easy. With doctors okay work on what you can for upper body and keep the diet clean and lots of water. It's all about health.

I'm so impressed. Make sure you are downing the water. A lot of times the first few pounds is shedding water weight, so make sure you are constantly flushing and not retaining it back. Stick with it a good month and then lets change it up a bit. But keep the workout because it is good to rotate.

Water intake is decent. Not always a full 64 oz. but good. Daily food would be: Breakfast: Venison meat, one egg, fried potatoes with a latte. Snack: Ritz with peanut butter Lunch: Salmon (like tuna) sandwich Snack: Apple Dinner: Salmon steak, rice, veggie (like carrots) or salad It varies, I'm not strict by any means, I have two boys and every wednesday is pancake morning.

I see that your weight has dropped and fluxed a lot. Since I've been doing cardio steadily I have increased my weight 2-4 lbs. Do you think it is just my legs getting denser? Haven't changed my legs measurements yet, which is my goal to lose 1/2 at least just under the glutes.

I love my job. Hasn't paid off yet financially, but it is hard getting women to look at fitness as a way of life, not just a notion to lose weight. Your story is pretty amazing. I know an amputee myself and it isn't easy.

Yes I agree. A little background. Me and my family gain muscle somehwhat rapidly. In highschool I joined track and due to sprinting couldn't fit into my prom dress do to increase in gluteous. (Not cool). So the workout I'm looking for needs to be strictly fat burning, yes toning, but definately not bulking.

Well spiders like lots of things. So what is your insight on leaning out thighs? Been hitting cardio and lessening up on the weights but I've dramatically gained a few pounds in the last two months. No measurement increase though.

Us little fishing/logging towns love our log rolling. Some local logger cuts down oh, maybe a 10 ft or so section of a log and we float it off a pier on one of our local docks. Then people pay $5 to try and roll the other person off. They do a little bracket and then the top man and woman face off. The sidelines are usually packed with people watch the contestants fall in the harbor (cold as you well know) water. Last a few hours. We have reigning champions, was a husband and wife for a while.
