When I Started:
Mar, 2006
How I Started:
I was obese (and at some point, morbidly obese) for a year or so. I started noticing that my breathing was becoming more laboured (I'm asthmatic as it is); I was always physically tired, but could never get a good night's rest. The list goes on. One day I decided I was tired of being a couch potato and starting eating properly and working out.
Why I Love It:
The pump!!! Bodybuilding is great. It builds strength, builds my physique, keeps me healthy. It keeps the rest of my life in order because it keeps me disciplined. Plus, I love how bodybuilding can be done alone.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love reading fitness magazines, keeping up to date on the professional bodybuilding scene, keep pictures of my bodybuilding idols close by. (I keep the fat picture that's on my gym membership card.)
BB Accomplishments:
I would like to compete in an natural bodybuilding competition in the future.

Why I like this video: Jay Cutler has been one of my favourite bodybuilders since he first showed up on the scene. Im glad he won the 2006 Mr Olympia, and hopefully hell win the 2007.
