Senior pic, I believe my heaviest point. fat face, fat neck, fat arms, fat hands. I can't believe how unhealthy I was (reasons for this, but still, should not have let it get to that point). I NEVER want to be that person again!

I'll get an actual progress picture up soon. lost some weight but put on some muscle too. I am pretty set on maintaining my current muscle and cutting fat. once I cut down to where I am happy I will build back up.

This was a couple years ago at my lowest weight in I can't remember how long. I believe I was right around 205 in this pic if I remember correctly. The ONLY reason my collar was popped was because it was blazin outside and I go from white to red in no time. Id like to get back to this point with more definition, so around the same weight but more of it muscle and less of it fat. I will be there.

This is almost a year old. I believe I weighed in about 240-245 ish there. I am about 235 is today (9-10-07) but look almost the same.

I kept doubting I looked different, but I have been getting a serious amount of comments recently about how much better I am looking. after comparing photos its much easier to see the progress, but also the work still to be done, untill next photo update!
