I try to keep it simple and stick to some basics. The more you can get from whole foods the better, but supps definitely can help!
Keeping it simple as possible while still getting a little supp help looks like this for me:
- Multivitamin - Orange Triad
- Fish Oil - Barleans (assorted flavors)
- BCAA's - Scivation Xtend (assorted flavors)
- Pre - Muscle Pharm Assault (assorted flavors)
- Gluatmine - ON
- Creatine - ON
- ZMA - ON
That's my basic stack I've been running and am pretty happy with. Sometimes Ill cycle through brands just to try other ones but those are ones Ive found work well for me and don't completely break the bank. I must admit too that I am a caffeine fiend. If I have too much blood in my caffeine system, I don't feel well.

Another day. Another workout. Another successful day of nutrition. Another few rounds of cardio. Every drop of sweat, every ounce of strength I pour out day by day and step by step. I'm laying these bricks to build a damned indestructible wall. Lifting for today included chest. Lots of DB incline/decline as well as some hammer strength decline work. also weighted dips, cable flys, etc. new PR of 105x7 on DB decline.
