I try to keep it simple and stick to some basics. The more you can get from whole foods the better, but supps definitely can help!

Keeping it simple as possible while still getting a little supp help looks like this for me:

  • Multivitamin - Orange Triad
  • Fish Oil - Barleans (assorted flavors)
  • BCAA's - Scivation Xtend (assorted flavors)
  • Pre - Muscle Pharm Assault (assorted flavors)
  • Gluatmine - ON
  • Creatine - ON
  • ZMA - ON

 

That's my basic stack I've been running and am pretty happy with. Sometimes Ill cycle through brands just to try other ones but those are ones Ive found work well for me and don't completely break the bank. I must admit too that I am a caffeine fiend. If I have too much blood in my caffeine system, I don't feel well.

I don't have a program, I look for motivation where ever I can find it

I don't have a routine, I don't have a program. Motivation comes from deep down. If I ever struggle I look at myself and ask what I truly want, and if I am there yet. I look to others for inspiration to continually fuel my fire and my desire to always acheive more and be better. I look to those further than me for help and for inspiration and I look back to those just getting started and offer them tips I have picked up a long the way. Want to feel good about yourself? Take a minute and try helping out someone else! My main motivators- I have goals to reach and I am not there yet. Once I get to the gym my motivation comes from some good music and an unstoppable determination.

Another day. Another workout. Another successful day of nutrition. Another few rounds of cardio. Every drop of sweat, every ounce of strength I pour out day by day and step by step. I'm laying these bricks to build a damned indestructible wall. Lifting for today included chest. Lots of DB incline/decline as well as some hammer strength decline work. also weighted dips, cable flys, etc. new PR of 105x7 on DB decline. Just got into these so expect some PRsCardio for today. 30 on treadmill, 30 on... Go to BodyBlog

mkdo Sad to say I haven't been doing well with fat loss haha no excuses, I just wasn't disciplined enough. I actually gained a pound or two! I almost feel bad about letting my team down, but since most of them have gone MIA, I guess there's no point to it lol. Starting anew again, and this time hopefully I can stick to it! Andycapp22 Hey bud, where in CO are ya? Thanks for your interested in the short card. It usually takes me around 10 min I think. Just try and do it as fast as possible with little to no breakes inbetween execises. I can try searching for the exercises on youtube and you should be able to find a demonstration. kerdave I LOVE the lean dessert powder. I was surprised with how good it tasted. WOW! Glad to hear you're doing so well with your workouts/eating!! Keep it up! I finished up my 2nd free training at the gym on Friday and I really like the plan the trainer set me up on. To ease back into it I'm doing full body 3x a week and not doing the splits and pyramids....for now. kerdave Ok I completed slacked again! I will be checking this more often as I need to stay motivated! Last week I started working out in the AM's before work (5am to be exact..lol) on the Wii doing various exercises. I also hit the gym Thursday and Friday evenings for an hour of cardio!
