Not so much, how, but more of a why? I would go to the doctor and be asked what was wrong. At that point I would state it would be easier to mention what wasn't wrong.

Senior pic, I believe my heaviest point. fat face, fat neck, fat arms, fat hands. I can't believe how unhealthy I was (reasons for this, but still, should not have let it get to that point). I NEVER want to be that person again!
I'll get an actual progress picture up soon. lost some weight but put on some muscle too. I am pretty set on maintaining my current muscle and cutting fat. once I cut down to where I am happy I will build back up.

Goal (Long):
My overall goal is to be happy, healthy, and successful in all areas of my life. Numbers aren't everything to me so anything I post is just a small idea of where I need to get myself, to move on to the next goal. I was pretty happy a few years back when I weighed in near 200. I want to get down to about 190, and then build to about 200-210 with more tone/definition. We shall see how I look and feel then and modify my plans as needed.

Thanks a lot man, I think the hoddy is doing the job of being deceptful about my look, lol! I like to work hard, but feel that working out completely covered it keeps everyone wondering or not even caring, so when they see me onstage they'll say, "is that Luis?" lol! yes i earned the title Marine. if what i did motovates you then i have done more then i needed to do. alot of my friends are saying the same thing. i know that you will make your goals all it takes is hard work and dedication. youll do it i know you will.
hey man i just wanted to stop by and tell you that bootcamp was good and that i lost 35lbs and that i have made a big change in my life it was a little more drastic but non the less it was well worth it.

YoYo.. whats going on man?? Yea I'm still hittin up the gym. Not as much as I used to but prob 2-3 times a week. But when I go, I hit it pretty hard. My strength and tone is all still there so I haven't lost anything luckly. Just been so busy with work and kinda tired after. Plus when you have a g/f that takes up some of your gym time too.. lol. Hows things going for you?>

I just wanted to let you know that i have gotten back on track and am losing weight and body fat. i feel better and look better. thanks again for your encouragement.
Hey, i see you've been doing the incline! YEAH!! My hubby's been able to hit it once so far this year, and he's hoping to go this weekend if the weather cooperates! Isn't it such a great feeling!
All is still going good with me :) been trying to walk more often, and we've been taking the dog up to bear creek park as much as possible :)

yes, I plan to do the steel city show in Pueblo, April 19th, I'm doing better. I had jury duty 2 weeks ago. it was easy, I asked the judge if he was judge Woppner and he thanked me and let me go home.
