How I Started:
Running on a treadmill, joined a gym with a friend. Been a jock my whole life. Played softball, bowling, basketball, swimming and volleyball.
Why I Love It:
I like how flexible and strong I become
How I Stay Motivated:
How my clothes fit, seeing the muscles, reading figure magazines. Reading everyones success stories and watching their transformations. I am easily inspired by other people and their efforts.

I have been on a workout program for about 8 weeks now after taking about 2 1/2 years off of clean eating and lifting. I am following Tony Horton's P90x program and loving it. I am in the home stretch which just happens to be the hardest part of the program.
My macronutrient breakdown is listed in my workout journal here. You can find the link on my page :) Protein and carbs are 4 calories per gram and fat is 9 calories per gram. I didn't total it up actually.
Hey sista! How is that beach body coming? I did my first Chalean Extreme workout last night and I am impressed. It's like a P90X workout in half the time. It's on girlie!
I understand completely. I hired my trainer from this site for the extra motivation and expertise. It's hard to do it alone sometimes and keep it going.
Thank You Mellissa: I am 5 foot 6 inches tall. My off season weight ranges from 130-140 depending on muscle and fat ratio I am wanting and for what purpose. You look lovely as well. Juliet :)
