To be sure I'm ready for the "Mash" I plan on competing at about 7-8% bodyfat. My #1 goal is to lose about 1% per week until the show while maintaining (or even gaining) in the muscle department! Starting tomorrow (June 1) I will officially be on my contest diet and training routine. Let the countdown begin!
Just a reminder...this is my first show in about 7 years!

Ok, it's been a looong time since I've posted a blog, but I haven't stopped training... I'm not sure if I'll be able to compete at all this year (although I would like to), but I will be training like I am getting on stage. Lol...even though I am a little bummed that the Gold's Gym I go to...
