I begin to train for fun with my friend last year and since this time, I see result and I want to continue to increase my strengh and arrive to 170 pounds

I train with my friend , so we can stay motivate
BB Accomplishments:
For me , I succeed to get 220 pounds at the bench ( 1 reps ). I know its not a lot for some people, but for me Its a major Accomplishments

Goal (Long):
So When I began last Year I was at 145 pounds.Now I'm 155 and I want to increase my body to 170 pounds before the next year. I train hard 4 times week with my friend and I hope I will succeed my goal. If you have some advice , please tell me your secret
