Congrats on your weight loss. I had mu surgery in March of 2006 and it was the best decision I could have made. Glad to see a fellow GB patient on this site.
Good luck and God Bless!
Hi! WOW!!!! Your weight loss is awesome! I'm doing great thanks for asking. I've reached a plateu....I'm not losing as much. I lose a 1/2 pound a week or 1 pound here and there. The good thing is that I'm not gaining. Any suggestions???
Sorry about the double posting must have loaded both barrels instead of just one. Have you been doing the same routine for a while now? Eating same food at same time each day? What about the gym, going 1,2 3 or more times per wk? Cardio 1,2 3 or more times per week? Tell me about routine.
Talk to you soon.
Just thought that I would check in and see how you are doing at the end of ther 4th of July week-end. How goes the workouts? Are you still full of motivation and able to stay focused and train with intensity?
I hope that all is going well and I look forward to hearing about your week-end and workouts.
Keep pushing that envelope.
