When I Started:
How I Started:
I used to run middle distance competetively for my county and district. I loved the results of my hard training; seeing my times coming down and winning national races. As part of my training i was set a weight programme, mostly light weights and high repetitions. I saw the sprinters in my training group lifing heavier and heavier weights, and i'll admit i was jealous! I starting going to the gym more and more, lifting as the sprinters were with increasing weights and low reps. Needless to say i loved it and the results i've seen. That's how i got started
Why I Love It:
I love pushing myself to the next level. Be it an extra rep in the last set, or 5 lbs more than the last workout.

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Usually a hoodie + either sweats or shorts. The hoodie because it keeps my body temp up and keeps me totally focused.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?

During the bulking phase i've been basing my workouts around 3 main exercises, all of which i do at the start of the workout. Deadlifts, Flat Bench and Leg Press/Squats. Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog. I work out 7 days a week, and almost every morning at 5:30am. The workout routine was mistyped. I do not do shoulders and arms twice in a row, but rather do Back and Biceps. I also love the core workout. Thanks again.
