I was injured years ago and that limited my mobility. I've gotten heavy. I want to get back to where I once was. I won't be able to do some of the leg exercises, but I want to get strong again.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at a picture of myself from when I was in peak condition 6 years ago and then I look at myself now, all fat and flabby.

In the short term I want to shed about 80 lbs of fat that has settled on me. That should decrease my waist size and help me get my %bf back down to a normal range. Once that happens, then I want to start building muscle.
Well, I'm trying out a new diet to see if it helps me lose weight. I'm having a lot of problems with my workouts simply because if I spend even a halfway decent amount of time, my leg really starts to hurt at my old injury sight. The doctor thinks that will improve as I lose weight. So...
thanks for the motivation. . i was supposed to be dead a long time ago cause of getting a lung removed and type 1 diabetes and other crap as a baby. the docs said it would be hard for me to function in everyday activities. haha guess they never had in mind what the future held. so keep at it and godspeed in your goal and take no shit!
