How I Started:
I started working out after i graduated high school. I would go to the gym and be completely lost.For almost 3 years i had no clue on how to workout. Around January, i realized that working out isn't something you do, it's a LIFESTYLE! i started reading Muscle and Fitness and it changed everything. My workouts, diet and body have changed for the better and i hope to continue the progress!
Why I Love It:
i love working out becasue i love the way it makes you feel. For the two hours am in the gym i don't think about nothing except getting after the weights.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just like several other people, i was overweight growing up. I use to weigh a fat 175. I like the challenge of changing the body and seeing old pictures of myself is all i need to stay motivated.
