When I Started: Jan, 1992
How I Started: started after brain tumor removed, just did cause i was so small. as soon as i picked up weight, i was hooked.
Why I Love It: when i lift, nothing else matters. i shut off the outside world, im all by myself. i don't ignore people, i just am totally oblivious to anything keeping me away from working out.
How I Stay Motivated: the way i stay motivated, everytime i look in the mirror, i always find something i want to improve on.
BB Accomplishments: just that after everything im alive! and alot of people could never guess that i was 5 seconds away from death about 3-5 times.
