I wanted to slim down so I could look better for my wife. Got there and let myself go again. Now, back to square 1.

Back in the desert again and I have the same goals as last year.
1. Lose some weight. I made excellent progress last year, and now I need the same thing.
2. Pullups. I can do like 5 full pull ups. I want to be able to do 20.
3. GUT! Just want to look good for the wife. Nuff...
