My ex wife after having my son went to a gym in CA and told me if you think you are in shape, you should see the guys at the gym. So I went and checked it out and never stopped.
Why I Love It:
The things I love about it have changed over the years, I love the freedom and power I feel, and the rewards I've gotten from it and still do.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm now on "automatic"...don't need motivation...it's part of me now!

Where do you get your workout programs?
I totally make them up. Being a composer I am extremley creative. I've created some of my own exersices as well, now being used by some advanced bodybuilders.

Nothing recent. I've got a 1/2 marathon coming up in Jan in Phoenix. The weather there is a WHOLE lot better than Portland in Jan! :D It's also a good time because it makes you focus on what you're eating and not get too carried away with the holidays.
