I want to loose my belly and change my body! Overall fitness is what I really want.
Goal (Long):
I had started to notice that I was gaining weight like crazy during my second year in college. I had also started to notice that my self-esteem was hitting an all time low. I started out by taking a college level health, nutrition and fitness class which jump started me. But at the time I was unaware of the proper way to loose weight, I was barely eating and wondering why I wasn't making any gains on my lifts. My main goals are to become stronger and lower my body fat. I started out at almost 200 pounds and want to get around 180 with a much lower bf%.
