How I Started:
I spent my High School years doing absolutely nothing unfortunately, but I was that skinny dude with little fat but also very little muscle and back then I just didnt care. When I was 19 I started work at a SAMS Club pushing carts and if you have ever done that before you know what I mean. Long story short I was pushing more than I could when I first started and I noticed it that's all. I also noticed my arms looking slightly different. That's when I took my brothers gym membership that he couldnt use and started hitting it up. It was great I went to working out with 10 reps on a flat bench with 85 lbs and in 2 years was up to pushing 155 for 10 reps. I am currently in the Air Force and I will be getting out next year, Thank God for that no kidding but working out has been the only thing that stuck. I have been doing it for 6 years now and wont stop any time soon. My only problem is my diet. I have tese nice abs I can only see when I push my fat down on my stomach but that is it. I hate that little fat i have on my gut and if anybody out there can pass on to me a diet that really shreds trust me...I AM ALL EARS.
Why I Love It:
What can I say it just feels right. I have one vow and that's to NEVER BE FAT. I wanna look good not only for my wife but for me as well. For all you other bodyspacers out there it's probably the samereason why ya'll love doin' it to.
How I Stay Motivated:
By trying to hit the gym every day. I am 5'11'' and as i write this 180 lbs which sucks for me. I have a little gut which also helps motivate. Marriage also ups the body weight and when I get out of the military so I can finallylive with her again we will diet together. Motivation equals not missing the gym...the more you miss the easire it is to make excuses not to go.

I know that you can look even better than the pic you took in your apartment babe because you're dedicated! Keep up all your hard work in the gym and you'll get there!
