How I Started:
Football in 7th grade. I was embarased because I failed to bench THE BAR! By my senior year I was benching 365 and squating 500, and weighed around 255.
Why I Love It:
It's a great feeling to see and feel your body change for the better. Your self-image is extremely important to all aspect of your life. Mentally, socially and even finacially. It will make you or break you.
How I Stay Motivated:
Cani. Its a word invented by Tony Robbin that means Constant And Never-ending Improvement in all aspects of your life. Instead of changing all at once you improve alittle everyday in every area of your life. Bodybuilding is a perfect example of cani, can't do it with out cani.
BB Accomplishments:
Bench Pressing 405lbs in 1998 and losing 80lbs in 2003.
