How I Started:
Wanted to get fitter and stronger
Why I Love It:
Enjoy weightraining and fitness as it keeps me fit and healthy, like the feeling of setting personal goals and accomplishing them within time!
How I Stay Motivated:
Keep myself motivated by setting personal targets which are hopefully met and will keep trying untill they are! Also motivated by my friends in seeing them progress and improving in time!
BB Accomplishments:
No real bodybuilding accomplishments as of yet, planning on keeping options open on competing next year as a first timer, see how goes!
Won a couple of bench press contests in the 100kg class in the Welsh cup with a 160kg and a 175kg raw Bench press, so am interested in powerlifting to, thought about doing more competitions in this field but injuries have held me back so far!
Won my class at welsh single lifts comp with 175kg bench at 96kg.
