Good progress. inspired me to work harder toward getting bigger arm an gaining about 35-40lbs. if you could email me and let me know your workout routine,how many days a week you worked out and how many times for each muscle. Also did you take supplement if so what kind. Thanks and again great progress

Peck Cable Flys, they are the best because if you begin to plateau, all you gotta do to fix it is put the cable down a notch or two to change the degree, making it work your muscles slightly differently. i added 50 lbs to my bench from doing it for 2 months
