Looking and the mirror everyday and thinking back on how I use to look makes me real happy. I love working out and reaching new goals I set for my self.
Hello folks... I am back. I will try to post more often now that I have an Iphone. My goals are to bulk up until probably February depending on my weight. Hoping to keep my diet clean and slow down on the Alcohol.
Monday - Legs and Calves
Tuesday - Chest and Abs
Wednesday - Rest/Cardio
Thursday - Back and Abs
Friday - Arms and Calves
Sat - Shoulders and Abs
Sun - Rest/Cardio
Over 12 lbs. lost so far. Wow! BUT, the question is, "How is Round #3 gonna' turn out?" The TIE-BREAKER! Good progress you BOTH are making, but I'm still hoping your girl beats ya'! So get ur wallet out for her prize! {lol}
