How I Started:
I use to be very lean back in highschool, but I was built for speed for ice hockey. Now I am back trying to get cut. I'd like to be at 175lbs to start boxing again in the Light Heavyweight division.
Why I Love It:
It feels good knowing what I am accomplishing.
How I Stay Motivated:
To start boxing again in the Light Heavyweight class.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm new but each week I can notice gains in what I am able to lift.
I lift 5 days a week (2 on, 1 off) and do 20-30 minutes of cardio 7 days a week. I would like to add in boxing but I am pretty limited on when I could do that. Hopefully I can sooner then later.
