Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Does that mean you have tryouts in Canada or did you already make a team? I played in Kanata for a little while. My workouts have been more structured towards bodybuilding this summer, but to get ready for hockey I do plyometrics and cardio at least 3x per week aside from skating
