ill help you anytime..been through lotsof trial, error with my body and also qualified PT and nutritionist..
i also need a bit of motivation again..stopped dieting in dec for 1st time in 2 years..picked up 6kgs! went for assessment lastnite..picked up muscle as well. new diet today..so much food! whats ur email...? prep for FAME, 31 march officially started today, entering fitness model division, wanto go in on 7% bodyfat max..after that gt ready fr fame canada!!
