Thanks for the welcome. And no Froot Loops for you until after competing. Once you have that 1st bowl, you'll want another and another. It's all downhill from there. Ha ha. Good Luck.

Good question. Training has been kind of slow. I had some lower back issues last week so I can't go all out. I'm about 80% and getting better. How is everything on your end?
