I regret not taking a picture of me the day I left the doctor's office at 270 pounds.
I had a good workout last night so I woke up this morning to capture the moment.

Normally I like doing all my fitness reading on public transit to and from work. But this book is just a little to big to whip out on a crowded train. Now instead on getting home to watch CSI re-runs, I crack open this book. 792 page thick.

pretty good. had a busier weekend than I had envisioned considering my kids had finished up fall ball.trimmed the bushes, mowed the yard, hauled off trash, went to a youth group cook out, went to church, took my oldest to travel ball practice. hit chest pretty hard today at the gym.

Not bad, have a little tendonitis in my right elbow. Weight training seems to be going well. Weight loss has hit a plateau but waist line is still shrinking.
