lol im far from competition shape but at least im keeping up some. WEird but the less i train these days (assuming more recovery time), the more i improve. only lift 4 days a week MAX. and barely any cardio. sort of. hehe

I am starting today and was wondering a few things. I am 6'3 250. I am going to start with the 3 caps and work up to 5.
What is the best time to take the caps? Did you feel any side effects?
