still going, mwf upper, tr lower and doing cardio m-f. I am not really seeing much weight loss, but I am hoping I am gaining lean mass and trying to stick with it.

My wife and I know where you are coming from & believe that you can make your fitness dreams come true, probably sooner than you think. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat by following the 12 week Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you will be amazed at the results and they will be well worth the effort. Give either of us a yell if you wish.

dude.. it will come off just walk and stop eating crap... Ive got a long way to go but Im feeling so much better losing just 25lbs.....good luck
