Ok lost 5 lbs while at home for 18 days, and I lost some muscle mass and definiton. But in a couple more weeks Ill be back and hopefully even better.I have also noticed my left bicept is smaller, any advice onhow to get it even with my right would be great.

I still have some work to do on my thighs, thats my problem area. I do like my calves, I see more definition every week.
