Ive always bin about staing in shape.But in the past few years didnt work out as hard, I just maintained. I wasnt happy with just that anymore. So I got back into it hardcore, and now sticking with it.
Why I Love It:
Its a good way to relieve stress, and I am happier and more confedent with my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I see a new muscle that I have achieved through my workout, I get excited, or when there is new definition.All of this helps me stay motivated to keep it up, my body is forming into what I want it to be. Its also about how I feel after I work out, I feel like I have accomplished something for me.

My back, and legs.

To build muscle, and to compete, like I have always wanted.
Goal (Long):
Well I have reached my first goal, which was to loose wieght and build muscle. Now I want to cut up, and go figure. I have made major improvements on my legs, now its time to diet really hard and alot of cardio. I know I can do it.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 5 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
My form was bad, you have to make shur you learn about form, and learning your limits to how much wieght you can lift. You dont want to hurt your self.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Start slow and do alot of research about lifting. Once you are into it, and you have the proper form, sometimes having a spotter is good, especially when Benching, that way you can find your max.

Hey hust wanted to say keep up the good work. You look great. I was doing the same thing when i was in iraq as well. I packed on lots of mass when i was over there. This year may try to compete if i get the chance.
