How I Started:
I originally got started trying to add size for high school football. I took a few years off. I've been training hard and consistantly for about 8 years now.
Why I Love It:
I like looking good for my wife, it also gives me goals to work for outside of work. I just love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
The Lord gives me the strength to make it each day. I stay motivated in the gym when I'm progressing towards whatever goal I'm trying to achieve, even when it's in small increments. Alot of times, especially after working long hours, the last thing I feel like doing is dieting, training or cardio, thank God for the mp3 player, don't know what I'd do without it.

This was taken 1 Aug 08 after 2 weeks of very strict diet, cardio 4x/week, and following a 12 day weight training rotation devised by Hola Bola. Considering bumping cardio up to 5x/week next week.

I'm supposed to be getting back friday night hopefully. But who knows with the weather out here. I'm trying to eat but it's not that great over here and i have a transit room so it's a little harder. well I got here yesterday, and I was like damn it's not my fault. I'm just trying to workout. it was funny because he was literally sizes me up like he wanted to take me or something. I just put on a smirk and continued lifting. I'm not the man yet. I got to get your size and lose more bady fat
tell me how many times this happened to you. I went to the gym over here and was getting sized up by the other guys in there. For some strange reason I think I pose a threat to them. All i was trying to do was workout. When I lifted more than what they did, they looked upset. I found it funny because all i was trying to do was get my workout on and they were trying to compete lol.
