ever since I learned about competitive bodybuilding, I've wanted to do it. I want to hit 200 lbs at 10% bf or so this offseason (191.5 10% bf now). I also want to bring up my weakpoints as much as possible before then. also-
deadlift 375 x 3
front squat 225 x 6
flat DB press 115's x 6
incline DB press 100's x 6
shoulder press 80s x 6

haha! yes, I actually did start because of equestrian! I rode competitively for about 3 years as well. Some of the best years ive had so far. Horses rock!
