I've been athletic all my life. I started weightlifting over 10 years ago, and became more serious after working at a local gym several yrs. ago.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes feel energetic & strong. I like to look tone & feel confident.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading Oxygen Magazine, visualizing how I want to look in a bikini during the summer months when I goto the beach. Most of all, being around positive people who have the same interest.

Work on getting my body fat levels down to a point where you can see my abs look ripped.
Goal (Long):
I may consider competing in June's Figure Competition. I've done it once last year, and like to give it another go. Experience is key to being a Figure Champion!
I like to rotate my cardio routine. Jog, elliptical, bike, jump roping, jumping jacks. If my shins start to hurt, then I switch to the elliptical. I don't want to be bored with the same old.
