Shawn T's Rocking Body workout dvd is awesome I did it again the other day and my arms, butt and legs are still sore. Despite being sore I did do another workout. Upright rows 20lbs 15 reps 3 sets, 3 sets of 25 squats, 3 sets of 25 plies squats, 4 sets of 20 push ups, 3 sets of 20lbs 8 reps concentration curls, burpees, Tricep dips 3 sets of 15 reps was a good workout.
