this was before I ever started lifting... believe it or not I am actually flexing in this picture... yeah it was bad... and wow i was a loser, I used to have a mohawk lol, and WOW my skin was white lol. I pretty much stayed looking like this until I started lifting in Feb 2008

i've been playing racquetball like a madman and workin the abs real hard. at this point i'm 195 lbs.

at this point i've been lifting for about 4 months and have been taking whey supplements for about 2 weeks, I can already tell that the whey is starting to make a difference

FINALLY I'M STARTING TO SEE MY ABS!!! I'm starting to get satisfied with my body, but I still want more defined abs and bigger arms.
