Well, I was pretty skinny and pathetic, and heading off to college in a couple of months. I thought to myself "I can't head off to college looking like this!" so I started lifting, and I really wish I had started earlier, because I love it and I'll probably continue to do it for a long time now.
Why I Love It:
I love that feeling after working out. Your muscles all feel tense, but tense in a good way. I'm sure you all know what I mean.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at myself in the mirror and say to myself "I can do better."
BB Accomplishments:
I have a 6-pack. Yay!

What most people don't know when they do an ab-workout, is that they are working their lower-back more than anything.

this was before I ever started lifting... believe it or not I am actually flexing in this picture... yeah it was bad... and wow i was a loser, I used to have a mohawk lol, and WOW my skin was white lol. I pretty much stayed looking like this until I started lifting in Feb 2008
I've reached my goal of achieving a 6-pack, so now my goal is to get an 8-pack and keep making those biceps and shoulders bigger. My workouts consist of lifting (obviously), running, and walking. I'm in college at Penn State, so I walk pretty far each day ha ha. I think weight loss supplements are a load of crap so the only supplements I take are ON Whey and ON Casein. I wrestled in high school and I want to enter some tournaments on my own so I am lifting for that purpose. Wrestling is the best sport out there. I want to gain about 9 pounds, making me about 189 pounds (because 189 is the top of a weight class in wrestling). So far the results I've gotten are amazing. I've only been doing really intense ab-workouts for about a month. My abs should be looking alot better very soon.
