Schuylkill Haven Shs Attended 2004 to 2008 Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania United States
When I Started:
Feb, 2008
How I Started:
Well, I was pretty skinny and pathetic, and heading off to college in a couple of months. I thought to myself "I can't head off to college looking like this!" so I started lifting, and I really wish I had started earlier, because I love it and I'll probably continue to do it for a long time now. I'm also a lifeguard... so I wanted to get that lifeguard body so that I look good without a shirt on.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after a workout. You feel so proud of yourself, and you're one step closer to your goal.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at myself in the mirror and say to myself "I can do better."
BB Accomplishments:
I have a 6-pack. Yay!
Forum Signature:
Am I the only guy on this website who can solve a Rubik's cube blindfolded?
pfgchanged Overall Goal: "Basically the same goal as everyone: gain muscle, while staying lean. Getting a tighter 6-pack is what I'm focusing on the most.."
this was before I ever started lifting... believe it or not I am actually flexing in this picture... yeah it was bad... and wow i was a loser, I used to have a mohawk lol, and WOW my skin was white lol. I pretty much stayed looking like this until I started lifting in Feb 2008
i've been playing racquetball like a madman and workin the abs real hard. at this point i'm 195 lbs.
hey there! i'm doing really good. happy with the progress i've been making and prepping for a modeling contest coming up. :) how about you? you're looking great!
hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!
Time for an update! I'm 195lbs now and eating basically the same thing over and over again like a cow eating grass. I have to bring food to work now and eat it at the right time through the day. Workouts have been pretty intense, but overall my endurance is a little less, but the pre-workout supps help for energy and pump. I mentally feel like I'm shrinking, even though I might not be, but the cuts are coming out. The weeks are ticking by and I'm realizing the big day is getting closer.
Tuesday 9:30am. First day of diet, I have 10 weeks to be ready for the first show ever. No more casual eating, time to get serious. About to leave the house to go train shoulders, and I finally feel good again after the gf breakup(lots of other women out there apparently..lol.) I'm gonna shoulder press 275 on the smith machine 5-6 times today!
