JordanEddy Don't sell yourself short, man. You look awesome. Just keep at it. And yeah, I take casein every night. But do yourself a favor and only take one scoop in water. I was doing two scoops in milk, and that blurred my lines. Then I switched to two scoops in water which helped a bit. Finally, I decided to do one scoop in water with a cup of low fat cottage cheese on the side. I've never looked or felt better. May 26, 2011 6:47am
