I had always been overweight and around the time I was 14 I began loosing it all. At times I fell below my recommended weight because I became overly enthusiastic with seeing results by eating smaller portions. I finally made peace around age 16 to eat better and work off excess calories by joining a gym.
Why I Love It:
I don't! I'm trying to move past that! But I enjoy looking and feeling much better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Exercising helps me to stay more awake and feel less groggy, its also helps with my alertness. The benefits of exercising are what keep me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
Hmmm, as of right now? Being able to work out as often as I do!

If you are doing well in one it seems its hard to keep all of the others in balance. I'm proud to say that I think I might've figured it out so long as I can stick well with my schedule.
I hope now to really get in shape. I've been getting nothing but A's in school, which I take after work....
you will do all three and still be a great woman who does everything to make your goals in the process
