How I Started:
I got out of the military four years ago and I miss it. So now I am trying to fix what took me four years to mess up.
Why I Love It:
Energy is the big thing I have so much more energy than I did before I started working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am going back in the military for my wife and 2 boys. I want them to have better things and I don't want to dissapoint them.

I wish you much success with achieving your goals. What worked for me was hitting the gym, changing my whole eating program and doing cardio. Push yourself to be the best that you can be and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they occur.
