When I Started: Sep, 2007
How I Started: Always been into sports..from inline and ice hockey,to motocross riding and basically any sport. Wanting to progress further in these sports was the inital modivation for me to train more.

Recently completed my studying and now certified fitness instructor/personal trainer!!
Why I Love It: Help with self confidence and ability in my mx riding, keeping fit and sports in general
How I Stay Motivated: Continuing to set new goals and wanting to push myself. Only taking it up more so these past few months,gives my future a bright outlook on how things will turn out...so its somewhat exciting.
BB Accomplishments: Knowing Im in better condition I am NOW than for the past few years.

no, I am not that bad. I do have pasta cravings sometimes. But today I am sticking to canned tuna and meats, low carbs. I have to do abs and a carb up is bad on abs day
